LISTEN

This study is evaluating the effectiveness of a new personalised self-management support programme for people experiencing persistent illness for 12 weeks or more following coronavirus infection (long Covid).

The LISTEN intervention has been developed to provide and evaluate a personalised package of support to help people gain more confidence, knowledge, and skills to navigate their everyday life with long Covid. It has been co-designed with people living with long Covid and based on their lived experiences.

It is being carried out by a team of researchers based at the universities of Cardiff, Kingston and St Georges in collaboration with Bridges Self-Management, Swansea University, Kings College London and Lincoln University.
