Many people find it hard to reduce their meat consumption because they are not sure where to start. The Optimise research programme from the University of Oxford was developed to help people make changes to their diet and break any food-related habits.
The research team asked us to help them recruit patients to take part in a nine-week trial evaluating the ease and effectiveness of the programme.
Cristina Stewart (Researcher, the University of Oxford) said:
“We signed up more than 10 participants from Research for the Future, which is a lot higher that any other volunteer database we’ve used. Thank you so much for helping us, I will certainly recommend your service to other researchers in my department.”
